| We only ship our products to destinations within the US. We don't ship to P.O. Boxes, only to valid addresses. We currently use the shipping services of United Parcel Service (UPS). All of the transactions are made in US$. We accept payments made with one of the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. |

| The shipping & handling cost is calculated directly from the total weight in pounds of the items in the shopping cart, the final destination according to zip code, the shipping method chosen and the shipment's handling requirements. |

| Even though we maintain safe inventory levels of everything we sell, sometimes a product could be unavailable. In these cases, we'll let you know the status of the affected item and we'll give you the opportunity to wait for it to become available or cancel the product from the order. |
